ODS 7400 Head and Neck Anatomy 2 1.5 Credit
Head and Neck Anatomy 2 is a continuation of Head and Neck Anatomy 1, and serves as a prerequisite to Neuroanatomy 1, Neuroanatomy 2, Neurological Examination and Imaging, Neuro- ophthalmic Disease 1 and Neuro-ophthalmic Disease 2 courses in the curriculum. The course emphasizes anatomical relationships which support clinical application. The course builds upon the foundational anatomic information covered in Head and Neck Anatomy 1 to facilitate the understanding and integration of normal function and pathological changes in the eye and the nervous system. This course introduces more detailed anatomy for pertinent systems and structures and explores the anatomical relationship with clinical correlates.
