ODS 7641 Neuroanatomy 2 1.5 Credit
This course builds upon the foundational concepts introduced in Neuroanatomy I, advancing students’ understanding of the microscopic and functional organization of the central nervous system. Emphasis is placed on the anatomy, pathways, and integrative functions of the brainstem, thalamus, basal ganglia, cerebellum, and cerebrum, with continued attention to clinically relevant correlations. Students will further develop the ability to interpret how disruptions within these structures contribute to patient presentations encountered in optometric practice.
Repeat Status: Not repeatable for credit
