OPT 7601 Vision Sci & Perception 2 with Lab 2.0 Credits
The purpose of Vision Science and Perception 2 (VS & P 2) is to further guide student study of the anatomical, physiological and functional aspects of the visual system and to continue to introduce clinical and research methods and techniques in visual physiology and general psychophysics in order to elicit data from human observers. VS & P 2 reviews and delves further into concepts in retinal physiology that relate directly to both objective and psychophysical testing of retinal and visual pathway functions and their application to clinical practice. VS & P 2 serves as a foundation for continuation of these concepts on a more expanded basis in VS & P 3 and VS & P 4.
