ORGB 2201 Career Readiness: Bridging Skills, Goals, and Growth 3.0 Credits
This experiential course prepares undergraduate students to develop the high-impact skills most valued by today’s employers. Drawing on national career readiness standards and Drexel’s employer and co-op survey data, the course focuses on applied skill-building in areas such as communication, teamwork, ethical reasoning, inclusive leadership, professionalism, and digital fluency. Through simulations, peer storytelling, team-based activities, and structured reflection, students will assess their career readiness, identify areas for development, and design a personal strategy for professional growth.
