OSCM 3200 Supply Chain Management 3.0 Credits

Supply chain management involves the integration of core business processes, from suppliers through manufacturer to the end user, to provide products and/or services that add value for customers. Effective supply chain management is essential for achieving operational efficiency and competitive advantage in a global, uncertain environment. This course provides students with a thorough understanding of the key principles and methods of supply chain management. Topics include demand forecasting, inventory and production planning, transportation and network design, risk management, and performance measurement using KPIs. Students will develop the ability to formulate, analyze, and improve supply chain decisions that enhance value creation across firms.
