PA 6040 Flex Core Rotation 4.0 Credits
The Flex Core Clinical Rotation is a supervised clinical practice inpatient or outpatient experience in which PA students complete one of the program’s required core rotations in behavioral medicine, women’s health, pediatric medicine, emergency medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, surgery, or urgent care. Under the supervision of a licensed medical practitioner, students apply didactic knowledge and clinical skills to the evaluation and management of patients while developing clinical reasoning and professional competencies within an assigned clinical setting.
Repeat Status: Not repeatable for credit
Restrictions: Can enroll if major is PA.
Prerequisites: PA 5310 [Min Grade: B] and PA 5314 [Min Grade: B] and PA 5316 [Min Grade: B] and PA 5320 [Min Grade: B] and PA 5330 [Min Grade: B]
