PAS 5132 Clinical Medicine 3 6.0 Credits
This is the third of three sequential Clinical Medicine courses. Using an organ-based systems approach, this course provides instruction on the etiology, clinical presentation, diagnostic modalities, differential diagnoses, assessment, and management of common medical conditions. The course builds on lectures in the Physiology and Pathophysiology 3 course and the treatment modalities in the Pharmacology and Clinical Therapeutics 3 course. Areas of study include: Endocrinology, Gynecology, Obstetrics, Sexual and Gender Minority Health, Hematology/Oncology, and Infectious Disease.
