PHTO 2002 Studio Photography 3.0 Credits

This class acquaints students with the principles of studio lighting and professional photographic studio practices, using digital cameras. Technical aspects of lighting such as contrast ratios, color temperature, and the natural laws governing the application of light on objects will be taught. This is a "hands on" class, emphasizing learning by practical experience and will familiarize students with photographic techniques used in the studio. Students will produce a final project displaying mastery of controlled lighting in the studio or on location.
