PHYS 2821 Introduction to Astrophysics 3.0 Credits
An introduction to astrophysics course aimed at science and engineering majors. Topics include: orbital mechanics, Kepler's laws, celestial coordinates, light, blackbodies, optics, stellar structure and evolution, galactic formation, and large-scale evolution and structure of the universe.
