PRST 3030 Leading and Working in Virtual Teams 3.0 Credits
This course introduces students to the dynamics of teamwork and collaboration in virtual environments. Students examine the opportunities and challenges associated with remote work, including communication, accountability, trust, coordination, and team effectiveness across digital platforms. Emphasis is placed on developing the skills needed to contribute productively, lead effectively, and navigate professional practice in increasingly virtual, hybrid, and technology-enhanced workplaces, including those shaped by AI-supported collaboration tools.
