This course explores leadership as a creative and collaborative process for guiding change, shaping culture, and building resilient organizations. Students examine contemporary leadership challenges, distinguish leadership from management, and analyze how leaders foster innovation and long-term organizational success. Emphasis is placed on applying leadership concepts in professional settings and on developing the mindset and skills needed to lead effectively in dynamic environments, including those increasingly shaped by technological change and AI-enabled innovation.
