PSY 2050 Psychology of Disability 3.0 Credits

This course is designed to provide an understanding of the psychological and social consequences of physical disability for the person with a disability and their family and social network. This course explores cultural, societal, religious, sexual, and legislative viewpoints. This course is intended for those with interest in working clinically with those with disabilities, but also for those who would like to apply practical skills and understanding to their own lives.
