PSY 2080 Industrial Psychology 3.0 Credits
The course begins with an overview of the literature addressing human behavior in organizational contexts. Topics will include: individual differences, leadership, work motivation, power and influence, group development and performance, individual and team work effectiveness, conflict and negotiation, intergroup dynamics, organizational culture, managing diversity, organizational systems theory and organizational theory. These topics are addressed in the context of workforce diversity and international perspectives on organizational behavior.
