PSY 3130 Psychology of Inequity and Injustices 3.0 Credits
In this course, students will engage in critical reflection on and challenges of the underlying assumptions in current psychological theories and methodologies. Hence, this course will examine psychology from a core philosophical approach in terms of its intent, its “objective” technologies and methods, and place it right in the center of competing socio-political forces which determine what kind of knowledge (and knowledge gathering) counts and what kind does not.
