This course prepares students to perform a basic physical therapy examination and practice implementation of appropriate interventions across all body regions and throughout the lifespan. The full patient management process, from history taking to the prescription of interventions, is introduced and applied using an evidence-informed approach. Students will learn and practice essential examination skills, including assessment of joint motion, muscle flexibility, muscle performance, and pain.
