REMD 3310 Real Estate Valuation and Forecasting 3.0 Credits
This course introduces students to valuation and forecasting in institutional real estate investment. It explores the role of valuation in lending, litigation, and investment management. Through lectures, case discussions, Excel and ARGUS modeling, and professional development modules, students will build an underwriting model and gain a practical understanding of how valuation supports investment decisions. The course also includes exposure to real-world materials such as investment committee memos, offering memoranda, and fund profiles.
