SBUS 3368 Labor Relations in Sport 3.0 Credits

Students will explore the legal and ethical issues surrounding sports labor issues and agent representation. This course is important for students interested in careers as sports agents or human resources in sport organizations. Labor law, contract law in the context of sports, and the effect of the CBA on player contracts are covered. The purpose is gain an understanding of labor laws and collective bargaining agreements that govern professional sports.
