SBUS 3375 Sports Finance 3.0 Credits

Topics include ownership structures, financial analysis, risk assessment, portfolio evaluation, and capital budgeting techniques tailored to the sport industry. Special attention is given to the financing of sport facilities, including taxation, public subsidies, and methods for evaluating publicly funded projects. The course also addresses the challenges of economic uncertainty, examining how shifts in markets, consumer behavior, and broader financial conditions influence sport organizations’ strategies for growth, stability, and sustainability.
