THTR 2303 Sound Design for Theatre 3.0 Credits
This course will focus on sound design for live performance. Theatrical Performances are incorporating sound scores that rival movies, and sound designers need to be a combination of audio engineer and artist who can create musical content and provide sound reinforcement. This class will introduce students to the fundamentals of sound design enabling students to shape design ideas for an artistic project and communicate, through a variety of means, a unified sound design concept for a production.
