ULAW 2310 Foundations of U.S. Law: Civil Law 3.0 Credits

This course investigates the principles and procedures that govern non-criminal legal disputes in the U.S. legal system. Students explore core areas of civil liability including torts, contracts, and property. The course will help strengthen students legal reasoning skills by examining how courts apply common law and statutes, apply relevant facts to resolve conflicts, and provide remedies for legal wrongs.
