ULAW 2430 Sex, Gender, Sexuality, and the Law 3.0 Credits

This course examines US history, court decisions, legal regulations, and current controversies related to the rights—and denial of rights—of people in the US in areas related to sex, sexual conduct, and gender identity and expression. Policy areas examined include employment, education, health care, and marriage and family.
