ULAW 2710 Legal Research Methods 3.0 Credits
The course uses a participatory, skills-based approach to help students learn to conduct research on legal topics efficiently and effectively. Exploring legal research through the lens of law-related current events, the course will introduce students to researching state and federal laws, administrative regulations, judicial opinions, scholarly legal publications, news materials, and more using electronic resources available through Drexel and the web. Students will also learn about information literacy, artificial intelligence, and research ethics with the goal of making them responsible legal researchers and aspiring lawyers.
