ULAW 2730 Introduction to Trial Skills 3.0 Credits

This course will introduce students to skills needed to be effective advocates in the courtroom. Students will learn how to craft a trial theory with an emphasis on the storytelling aspect of a trial. Students will practice all stages of a trial and be introduced to evidence, objections, and arguing motions. Students will be required to present regularly to develop their skills.
