ULAW 3325 Alternative Dispute Resolution 3.0 Credits

This course examines the theory, practice, and law of resolving disputes without litigation. Processes such as mediation, arbitration, and restorative justice will be explored, with an emphasis on the roles that both non-lawyers and lawyers play in these processes.
