ULAW 3625 Issues in Immigration Law 3.0 Credits
Students will learn how the U.S. immigration system makes legal determinations about who is permitted to enter the United States, and who is forced to leave. Readings focus on statutes, court cases, and administrative regulations to understand how immigration law functions in theory and in practice, as well as in different periods of our country’s history.
