ULAW 3710 Advanced Legal Research Methods 3.0 Credits

This course will teach students to perform in-depth legal research at an advanced level. Moving beyond simple retrieval of judicial opinions, statutes, regulations, and secondary sources, students will learn to connect research across types of authorities to produce professional-level research products. Students will also explore research management technologies and gain deeper insight into the role of research in the legal system.
