WRIT 212 Intro to Rhetorical Theory 3.0 Credits

Rhetoric is a way of understanding texts as oriented to audiences and intentions. Rhetorical theory has taken many forms from ancient to contemporary times, and across the globe. This course introduces students to some of these theories, such as feminist, material, and dramatist, and engages students in their own rhetorical criticism projects that build from these approaches.
