CTCN 531 Clinical Practicum & Practicum Seminar III 2.0 Credits

This course builds upon Clinical Practicum & Practicum Seminar II as the student continues to develop basic clinical skills and function as a student therapist co-leading and leading group and/or individual sessions under the supervision of an approved clinical supervisor at an assigned clinical site. The group seminar supports the integration of clinical experience and coursework, examines interpersonal dynamics of the helping relationship through case formulations, and deepens self-in-role skills, such as self-reflection and strategies for self-care.
