DMBC 321 Pharmacology for Medical Billers & Coders 3.0 Credits

The course serves as a complement to the CDMB 201, Pathophysiology curriculum and develops student’s understanding of how pharmacology impacts the various diseases that occur in the human body. The application of pharmacological agents will aid students in their understanding of abstracting information from clinical notes and assigning the appropriate codes during the Medical Billing/Coding process.
