This course provides graduate students with the critical thinking framework and content expertise necessary for thoughtful, ethical and legal analysis and decision-making when confronted with simple and complex situations in professional practice. Students are recognized as practice leaders with daily responsibilities for decisions that demand understanding of legal and ethical theories, philosophies, and duties.
