CMGT 2301 Construction Safety 3.0 Credits

This course introduces students to the principles and practices of safety management in the construction industry. The course covers hazard identification, risk assessment, accident prevention, personal protective equipment (PPE), OSHA regulations, site safety planning, and emergency response procedures. Students will learn how to promote safe work environments, reduce workplace incidents, and apply safety standards to construction projects through case studies and practical applications.
