CMGT 4330 Design and Build Construction 3.0 Credits

This course introduces students to the principles, processes, and practices of the design-build project delivery method in the construction industry. The course examines the integration of design and construction services, team collaboration, project planning, cost control, scheduling, risk management, and contract administration within design-build projects. Students will explore the advantages and challenges of the design-build approach and develop an understanding of how communication and coordination among owners, designers, and contractors contribute to successful project delivery.
