DANC 2301 Foundations of Somatic Theory and Practice 3.0 Credits

In this course, students engage in an experiential study of somatic and embodied practices that integrate anatomy, movement, and mindfulness. Students develop awareness of the body as a source of knowledge and connection through reading, dialogue, and movement practice.
