ENTP 2285 Organizational Development and Change for Corporate Entrepreneurship 3.0 Credits

This course is about driving change from the inside out. Students learn to identify friction points, challenge the status quo, and design bold experiments that drive organizational progress. They prototype interventions, test ideas with real stakeholders, and use evidence and storytelling to rally people around new ways of working. Along the way, they build entrepreneurial muscles, including resilience, systems thinking, and ethical judgment, needed to turn resistance into momentum and ideas into lasting impact.
