Additionally, students complete 2–4 credits from practice/making courses and 3 credits in history/culture. Performance teaches valuable skills such as collaboration, cross-cultural communication, team building, and the understanding that individual abilities contribute to a greater whole. Other required courses promote critical thinking and cultural understanding. These skills complement any student’s major and career aspirations.
