MUSC 2211 Music Theory II 3.0 Credits

This course continues from Music Theory and Aural Skills, advancing students’ understanding of harmony, tonal development, and musical form. It explores various stylistic approaches to these core concepts, broadening students’ perspective on their application and relevance. The course involves the analysis of more complex musical works, and students are expected to demonstrate greater proficiency in advanced musical techniques and applications than in Music Theory and Aural Skills (MUSC 1211).
